A kitchen designed to move with you.
This kitchen for a Berlin apartment rethinks what a kitchen can be: adaptable, unfitted, and built to last beyond one address. A series of stainless steel tables with cooktop stands on a cluster of wide drawers and an oven. Opposite, a sink counter and open workspace.
Built on a stainless steel frame with powder-coated finish, each table-sized element is dimensioned to accommodate standard kitchen appliances—dishwasher, washing machine, or oven—while remaining equally functional as standalone tables. A distinctive round detail marks the junction of frame and plate, giving each piece a crafted identity.
The result is a modular system that can be rearranged, replaced, or removed entirely—customising itself to different users, cooking needs, and spaces. Designed for Mahlowerstraße 9, but ready for future apartments, this project showcases a vision of kitchens as flexible, durable furniture rather than fixed installations.
